Applications are invited from resident Indian nationals in Saudi Arabia and having valid Iqama/National ID and are not ineligible to work in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the post of Clerk in Embassy of India, Riyadh, KSA. The Pay Scale for the post would be SR 4000-120-5800-174-7540-226-9800. The initial per month pay for the post is SR 4000.

2. Eligibility criteria for the post of Clerk

(a) Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

(Certificates attested by i) the concerned State Government; ii) Ministry of Education, New Delhi; iii) Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi and iv) Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, New Delhi)

(b) Proficiency in the use of computers

(c) Good command on spoken and written English

(d) Working knowledge in Arabic is preferred.

(e) Under the upper age limit of 35 years as on 01/11/2025.

3. Selection Process for the Clerks will be as follows:

(a) Short listing of applications/examination of documents.

(b) A written test; involving objective questions

(c) Candidates who qualify written test will be called for typing test and Interview.

(d) The Interview will be conducted by the Interview Board/Selection Committee. Candidate’s overall personality and experience in the field will be tested during the interview.
