Applications are invited from Indian nationals residing in Saudi Arabia who hold a valid Iqama and are legally eligible to work in the Kingdom, for the position of Clerk at the Embassy of India, Riyadh. The initial gross emolument will be SAR 4,000 plus eligible Cost of Living Allowance (COLA).

2. Eligibility criteria for the post of Clerk

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Proficiency in the use of computers.
• Good command on spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge in Arabic.
• Under the upper age limit of 35 years as on 01/10/2026.

3. Selection Process for the Clerks will be as follows:

•  Short listing of applications/examination of documents.
•  A written test; involving objective questions.
•  Candidates who qualify written test will be called for typing test and Interview.
• The Interview will be conducted by the Interview Board/Selection Committee. Candidate’s overall personality and experience in the field will be tested during the interview.

At the time of application, candidates shall be required to submit:

• Copy of the Degree convocation certificate (provisional certificates shall not be accepted).
• Certificates of Class 10 and Class 12/Intermediate.
• Consolidated marksheet of the Degree course.
• Digital copy of the Iqama with validity details.

At the interview stage, candidates shall be required to produce educational certificates attested by:

• The concerned State Government / Ministry of Education, New Delhi, AND

• Attestation or Apostille from the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi
  Failure to produce the aforementioned attested documents at the time of interview shall result in rejection of the candidature.

5. Applications should be submitted along with all the requisite documents in PDF format including copies of academic certificates & mark sheets, documents showing experience/any special training course attended to the email address (indembriyadhrecruitment@gmail.com) with the subject line as follows:

“Application for the Post of Clerk – (Name of the Candidate)”

It is also mandatory that the applicant should enclose their valid Passport copy and valid Resident Permit. (Digital Iqama copy to be attached mandatorily)

6. The last date for submission of application is 22^nd September 2026.

(Date of Written Examination, typing test and Interview as applicable will be intimated later)
