Applications are invited from resident Indian nationals in Saudi Arabia and having valid Iqama/National ID for the post of Receptionist in Embassy of India, Riyadh, KSA.  The Pay Scale for the post would be SR 5200-156-7540-226-9800-294-12740. 

Position: Receptionist

Qualification & Experience 

  • Graduation (in any discipline)

(Preferably in IT and Info systems, Network Administrator or Computer Engineering)

  • Knowledge in Arabic is highly desirable.

  • Good command on spoken and written English

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the similar field.

  • Under the upper age limit of 40 years as on 01/01/2023

(Proficiency in Hardware, Network Architecture to include LAN/WAN, switches and routers, knowledge of operating systems, IT troubleshooting, web browser management etc. are highly desirable)

3. Selection Process for Receptionist will be as follows:

(a) Short listing of applications

(b) A written test; involving objective and subjective questions

(c) Candidates who qualify written test will be called for typing test and Interview.

(d) The Interview will be conducted by the Board/Selection Committee. Candidate’s overall personality and experience in the field will be tested during the interview. 

4. Applications should be submitted online along with copies of academic certificates & mark sheets, documents showing experience/any special training course attended.

5. The last date for submission of application is 16.02.2023

(Date of Written Examination and Interview as applicable will be intimated later)
