Public Notice regarding open of more appointment slots at VFS Centre Umm Al Hamam for renewal of passport

Public Notice

1. In view of the surge in request for appointment slots for renewal of passports, it has been decided to open more appointment slots for remaining period of June 2022 as well as opening of VFS Centre at Umm Al Hamam in Riyadh on next two Fridays i.e. on 24.06.2022 and 01.07.2022 from 02:00 to 08:00 p.m. for passport application submission only.

2. The online appointment can be sought through the link https://visa.vfsglobal.com/sau/en/ind/login. For any assistance applicants may send email info.inriyadh@vfshelpline.com.. Indian national are advised to visit the aforementioned link and register for obtaining prior appointment for availing passport related services at Umm Al Hamam centre.

3. Further, with a view to accommodate emergency requests, it has also been decided to place a drop box in the Umm Al Hamam VFS center to collect requests from applicants for any emergencies like Iqama expiry, Passport expiry, etc.

4. Applicants falling under the above criteria (para-3) may drop their request (Name, contact number etc.) in the drop box at VFS Centre, explaining the urgency along with the required documents. Upon reviewing such requests efforts will be made to fast track acceptance of their applications on case to case basis.

5. Applicants may please note that the above services are being extended at Umm Al Hamam Centre only to facilitate increasing requests from applicants.
